CPR & Defibrillation – learn the key steps that can give someone the best possible chance of survival.
CPR in action – see a live demonstration from our trained volunteers and learn how to perform effective CPR.
How to use a defibrillator – learn how an AED works and how to use one safely, including hands-on practice.
