Join Malvern Theatres and Heartstart Malvern for Restart a Heart Day 2026 — a special day dedicated to learning simple, life-saving skills that could make the difference when every second counts.

On Friday 16 October 2026, Heartstart Malvern will be at Malvern Theatres, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3HB, delivering free 90-minute practical training sessions throughout the day.

You’ll learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest, perform CPR and use a defibrillator — all in a friendly, supportive session delivered by our experienced volunteer trainers.

No previous knowledge or training is needed. There’s no exam or assessment — just practical, hands-on learning that could one day help you save a life.

Who can attend?

Anyone aged 11 or over is welcome, whether you're coming on your own, with friends, as a family or as a group from your school, workplace or community organisation.

Sessions run from 8.00am to 4.45pm and must be booked in advance.
